My personal experience of enlightenment enables me to show you how you may experience your own

My main subject during my Adult Education teaching years was Classical Yoga for which I served a traditional apprenticeship. My specialist branches of Yoga were Hatha Raja and Bhakti

During the early 1990's I began to withdraw from the conventional teaching role to focus on the work of my School of Enlightenment. Soon after this I began an intense phase of personal growth which led into my transition into new consciousness and my enlightenment

During 2004/5 as I was anchoring my new consciousness into form I was inspired to write a curriculum for the promotion of enlightenemt that appealed specifically to the western mind

By 2007 I had discovered my innate ability to assist anyone who felt ready to choose enlightenment in this lifetime to do so. This happened because I had myself walked the path through transition into my own enlightenment

My school has recently been re named as The Janet Kay School of New Consciousness with the curriculum for the promotion of enlighenment as its focus
